Space for the 2016 Festival is sold out

The Tomato Art Fest has steadily drawn larger crowds with each year that passes. In 2015, an estimated 60,000 people came to celebrate this beloved fruit/vegetable and enjoy the day’s festivities.

Festival will take place on Saturday August 13, 2016

Early Bird vendor deadline was February 1st at Midnight.  

All vendors applying after February 1st at Midnight will be required to pay the full booth price.

2016 Booth fees (10×10 space)

Local Artist                  $275.00 (we are no longer taking artist applications)

Not for Profit              $375.00 (we are no longer taking Not For Profit applications)

 Business                      $475.00 (we are no longer taking Business applications)

Food                             $500.00 (we are no longer taking Food vendor applications)

Please note the following

Previous booth locations are not guaranteed.
Booth sharing is strictly prohibited without approval.
Electricity is not available for booths and generators must be pre-approved.

Hours of Operation
-Festival hours for vendors are 9 am – 6 pm, Saturday August 13, 2016
-Booths must be open during this time and close promptly at 6 pm.


All applications are reviewed on quality and originality.

- Past participation does not guarantee acceptance.

- The Tomato Art Festival reserves the right to refuse any application.
- Notification regarding acceptance will be e-mailed to applicants.

-Preference is given to Artists who personally handcraft the items they sell.
- All merchandise must be consistent with the photos submitted with the application.

- The Festival reserves the right to close any booth not adhering to these regulations.


Booth must display all personally handcrafted items, all work must be original and designed/ created by the artist solely, in partnership with a collaborator, or with assistants working under the direct supervision of the artist.

Business/Not for Profit

Not for Profit booth is for any organization with a 501(c)

A business is defined as any group not fitting the artist category.  This includes any commercial business.  If you are reselling items (merchandise) that is not directly hand crafted by you.
