General Festival Information

  • The festival is free to attend all weekend. You can show additional support for the Tomato Art Fest by purchasing a commemorative pin at the gates.

    Tomato Art Fest hosts two ticketed events, the Pre View Party and the Bloody Mary Garden Party. More information on these events will be available soon!

  • Tomato Art Fest is a family friendly festival. There are plenty of activities for the entire family throughout the weekend plus a Kids Area packed with kid’s programming. Check back soon for a full list of kids and family activities!

    Please note the Bloody Mary Garden Party is 21+

  • Yes! Due to limited parking we highly recommend walking, biking, public transportation, and rideshares to get to the festival.

  • The Tomato Art Show is free and open to the public from Friday, August 9 through Sunday, August 11. All pieces are available for sale and we encourage everyone to enjoy the beautiful tomato art!

    Thursday, August 8 is the ticketed Tomato Art Show Pre View Party. Attendees get a first look at this year’s art and have the opportunity to purchase pieces before the public. More info on this event will be available soon!

Onsite Policies

  • Merchandise will be available to purchase on the “Merch” section of the Tomato Art Fest website. There will also be two merchandise locations at the festival where you can shop the 2024 official merch!

  • Portable restrooms will be available throughout the festival. Hand sanitizing stations are located inside each restroom. Handicap restrooms will be available and all restrooms will be monitored.

  • Tons of local food vendors will be at the festival, and festival bars will be selling drinks. A free water refill station will be available at the festival as well.

  • All outside food and alcohol is prohibited. Water bottles are allowed, and there will be a water refill station onsite.

  • Bags and backpacks are allowed. Please be aware that all bags will be subject to search upon entry. Be sure to check the Allowed & Prohibited Items list below before arriving!

  • Any festival delay or cancellation due to inclement weather will be communicated via our website and social channels with as much advance notice as possible.

  • We love pets, but due to the hot weather and crowds we encourage you to leave your pets at home for this one.

  • Smoking is not permitted at any Tomato Art Fest event as it may disturb others in attendance.

  • All lost and found items should be brought to the festival Information Tent. Items are held for 14 days after the festival. Contact hello@goodneighborfestivals.com regarding any lost/found items.

    • Outside food or drink, including alcoholic beverages.

    • Coolers

    • Scooters/Bikes → Complimentary Bike Valet is available at 10th and Woodland

    • Amplified sound systems

    • Disorderly conduct

    • Littering

    • Advertising, selling, or promoting any third party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)

    • Fireworks

    • Generators

    • Grills or fryers

    • Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind

    • Laser pointers

    • Drones

    • Noisemakers

    • Tents, stand umbrellas, and tarps

    • Weapons of any kind

    Please be aware that all bags, backpacks, etc. will be subject to search upon entry into the festival. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup.

How to Get Help

  • If you or a friend needs emergency assistance or if you see someone who looks like they need help, go to the Medical Tent at 11th and Clearview or ask anyone with a green staff shirt or radio for assistance. Look for security personnel, any festival staff members, or anyone with a radio to assist you.‍

    Staff will call 911 in the event of an emergency.

  • Head to the Information Tent on 11th & Woodland, or find a staff member or anyone with an event radio, we are happy to help you to the best of our ability.

Ticketed Event Information

Tomato Art Festival is a free event and no ticket is required to attend the festival.  

There are two ticketed events associated with Tomato Art Fest that do require a paid ticket: The Tomato Art Show Pre-View Party and the Bloody Mary Garden Party.  The information below applies to these events

  • Tickets will be available soon via the “Tickets” page on the Tomato Art Fest website

  • We highly recommend purchasing tickets prior to the events as they may sell out. However, tickets will be sold at the entrances to the events if available.

  • No. All sales are final and there will be no refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee via the ticketing site.
